Fadi Towfic, PhD, leads bioinformatics strategy and AI agent development at GenoSapiens Research. He builds practical tools that help scientific teams analyze complex data faster, connect evidence across datasets, and make more informed research and development decisions.
A computational biologist and technology executive with more than 15 years of experience, Fadi has built and led bioinformatics, AI, and precision-medicine organizations across emerging biotechnology companies and global biopharma. Before founding GenoSapiens Research, he served as Vice President of Global Precision Analytics at Mirador Therapeutics and Vice President of Precision Bioinformatics at Prometheus Biosciences. He also held leadership roles at Bristol Myers Squibb, Celgene, and Immuneering.
His research has been published in Nature Communications, Blood, Leukemia, and The Lancet Gastroenterology & Hepatology. He is an inventor on multiple biomarker and precision-medicine patents. Fadi earned his PhD from Iowa State University and completed postdoctoral research at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard.
